Vat 60 in Monschau

We spent two great evenings in this restaurant. There is a huge selection of beers and whiskey here. The landlord advises with competence. The food is very tasty and is made with passion by the hostess herself. The landlords have a great sense of humor and run their restaurant with passion. We immediately felt at home here. The next time we're in Monschau, we'll definitely come back to VAT 60.

A really very quaint and cozy pub! The food is down to earth and tasty and the portions are decent. Beer fans get their money's worth with 20+ different (mostly) Belgian beers. The whiskey selection is considerable too! The couple who run the bar are super friendly and very personable!

The hosts are passionate about it. A great selection of whiskey and drinks. Happy hosts and very tasty food. We had two very nice evenings and can only recommend it.

Nice cozy bar / restaurant. Lots of good beers and whiskeys. Very tasty, the monchau mustard sauce was delicious. Recommended for something to eat or just for a drink.

Tonight super eaten the food was just top come back was definitely worth the 5 minute walk

Operator friendly, helpful, flexible. Eat good. Beverage offer almost unbeatable. Many types of beer, extensive whiskey menu. Highly Recommended!

The restaurant is run by two hard-working, friendly people. Tonight we sat outside on the terrace. Because the cutlets and fries were out of our minds, this time we ordered chicken satay with peanut sauce and fried potatoes. The food tasted very nice. During dinner we enjoyed a La Chouffe. As a digestif we drank a Glenmorangie 10 on the advice of the owner.

Nice location with great beers and food. The staff is very attentive and the owner is kind of an entertainer.

A quaint pub with very good honest food and a selection of drinks that is second to none. The service is friendly and nice, the boss does magic in the small kitchen and the boss Johann takes the guests for a few happy hours. You just have to feel comfortable here. Table reservations are strongly recommended

I don't even know where to start raving about. We spent 2 wonderful entertaining evenings there. The hosts were very nice and you quickly got on the same wavelength with them. The host was very competent when it came to the question of the right beer, unfortunately we don't drink whiskey. And his wife conjured up a rump steak for us, which we have never eaten so well. Monschau itself is beautiful, but we will definitely take the trip from Dortmund to Monschau just to go to Vat 60 again. Thank you for 2 wonderful evenings. Kerstin and Peter

Many different beers (35 at the moment according to the sign) and many whiskeys (even more). We tried some beers while playing cards and had a nice evening.

A really great location, which is characterized by the owner couple - here you can tell that they really like their job! A friendly and funny atmosphere, paired with in-depth knowledge of beer and whisk (e) y, great! Definitely worth one or more visit (s). Thank you very much for the lovely evening yesterday!

Cozy little place where you can eat and sit at the bar. Good food, large portions, but don't expect culinary delights. Great for a bite to eat. Good service, especially compared to many other catering companies in Monschau. Cash only!

Amazing. Dutch bartender is very nice, funny and has the best beer and vibes in Monschau!
